Close All Windows 1.1

Close All Windows 1.1 is a utility deleting the many windows accumulated when running on the PC. It is to reside in the system tray (next to the clock) and can be activated by a simple click or by a fast hotkey. The "Window-Closer" tool closes the windows (and programs) in contrast to the Windows icon, which just minimizes the windows.
