Co-ordpad 1.4b

Co-ordpad is a skinners utility that has as a main purpose the construction and the management of the .ini for skinnable software (some templates included, others you can construct), and skinnable itself too.
This last version includes documentation by kenray on how to use it and an overview by redllar on what the added imageviewer is capable of (its actually a bit more than just a viewer.
Enhancements:
- Added 2 new button rects to the [Buttons] section, CaptureStartRect and CaptureStopRect. These may be used in place of the normal CaptureRect
button toggling. In addition, the associated [MouseOver] CaptureStopRect
and CaptureStopDest entries may be used in conjunction with the normal
CaptureRect entry in order to specify the mouseover image to be used when
the Capture button is toggled to its "Stop Capture" state and the mouse is
moved over the button.
- Tooltip help has been added for all controls on the main CoordPad dialog,
no matter the version of the skin. You may turn the tooltip help on or off
via the properties dialog box. Tooltip help is also available for the
properties dialog controls as well.
- Version 2 skins now correctly allow for CoordsDropRects to be located any-
where on the skin and completely independent of the positioning of the
CoordsRect parameter.
-Corrected a problem which was not displaying the "Always On Top" button in
its "down" state after it was toggled on and the mouse was moved away from
the button.
- Added several new templates to the pre-defined list stored in CoordPads
ini. The list now includes , Bitstrip, BoxFonts, BuddyPhone,
Calenz, CoolPlayer, CoordPad, EuroCalc, EZPop, LaunchKaos, QuickNotes,
XXCalc, and YerTV.
- Version 2 skins now display the coordinates entry field control with the
correct width as given via the CoordsRect skin parameter.
- Corrected a problem where menu selection of "Start Capture" or "Always On
Top" was not displaying the associated button in its correct state.
- Added a new image viewer dialog with all kinds of functionality to make it
even easier to create/capture/record/store ini coordinates.
- Fixed a problem where loading WB after loading CoordPad was allowing WB to
override CoordPads skinning of its main dialog window and skin it itself.
- Added new %n (new line), %s (section), %a (x end), and %b (y end) tokens
to the templates format to support some of the newly added skin template
types.
- Added the capability to tab between controls on version 2 skinned dialogs.
- An unlimited number of templates is now supported.
- Modified the way in which the multi-line edit control used to store the
recorded coordinates is handled when a coordinate overwrite verify or
process needs to be taken. The controls contents is now treated as if
it was a virtual ini file, which means that it is now possible to
support coordinates which have their own section and/or span multiple
lines within the control text.
