This is a fairly simple, yet versatile screen saver that also runs as a desktop wallpaper rotator. You just point it to your image directory, tell it how often you want it to update, and let it go. The screen saver portion and the desktop portion use separate settings, so you can set your desktop change for a long perioud, say 5 minutes, so that you don.t use to many resources while you work, but set the screen saver for something like 2 seconds, to keep it lively when you are not working. It can display images of JPG, GIF(non-animated), EPS, BMP, and WMF types. If the image is too large to fit on your monitor, no problem. It will shrink the image down, keeping the proportions, so that it will fit on your monitor. Also, for you people with massive directory trees of images, it will scan all sub directories of the specified directory, so you don.t even have to rearrange the image trees. With the age of digital cameras now upon us, this is an excellent little toy. Just look at the following real-world examples: You no longer have to use valuble desk and shelf space for pictures of the family or pets. Put them in a directory, and they will appear right there on your monitor. Or, if you are just a lonely person, put pictures of other people.s families in there. Never be lonely again. If you run a sales office, put it on each computer, then point it at a directory containing images of motivational messages. Keep those employees inspired.
