Notepad2 3.1.21 is designed as a small and open source editor software which supports users in programming with syntax highlighting for HTML and other commonly used languages.

The original Notepad shipped with Windows is probably the handiest program of all times: small, fast, and without frills. It's based on the Scintilla source code editing component and works on NT-based versions of Windows.
