Program Plus is a useful application launcher utility that will save you precious time. "Program Plus" is for programs which use options in their command lines, so there is the sense to divide their launch to separated actions regarding of options.
"Program Plus" is also for placing these actions in the system menu - one associated with extension and another not associated - Send To.
It consists of 2 parts: program-manager ("Programs.exe") and run-with-options launcher ("RunProgram.exe").
And it is already used in the "Source editor" and "Compile Plus" for compilation.

Program is structurally divided into 2 parts - left for selection and right for assignment and modification.
In the left part you select - group the program belongs to, the program itself and area of assignment or modification: Actions, Options, Program (Definition), Associations, and Send To-s.
In the right part you assign (or modify): program definition, its possible distinct actions, options for command line and assign actions to associative menu and/or Send To menu.
