PS Text Formatter 1.0

Text Formatter is a small tool that was meant as an aid to justify simple ASCII texts.

You can use it on either the whole text in the editor or on a selection. The Format Selection is nice to use if you want to divide the text up in paragraphs, each justified to line length.

Remember also that you can use the formatting several times on the same selection or complete text. If you, for instance, have a text file, you could enter a hyphen and a space where you want to break the words, and the program will divide the line there instead of in between the individual words.
