This program can load when windows starts and will have the same items in the menu no matter what profile youre in. So you could always have quick easy access to notepad or a painting program to quickly paste text or a picture.

Quick Launcher is easy to use, simply drop programs onto the settings list and the program will appear in the list. The menu will have the icons of the programs and will be sorted alphabetically.
