Quick Tool 1.3

Quick Tool is a simple menu system, You create your own menus for quick access to your favourite tools. To just load a tool there is a tray menu, to open files with your favourite tools there is a shell menu.
+ Addition of DllProc to menu items, Call functions from external dlls with unique parameters.
+ Multiple applications can be specified for a single item menu.
+ New menu function, you can use the "Add" keyword to display "Add to..." on context menus,
if clicked it will then open the menu editor, you can then click where you want to insert a
preformed "Item" menu using the file path.
+ You can now just click on the tray icon for the menu, no need to right click anymore.
+ Environment variables can now be used in paths and parameters, e.g. %SystemRoot%.
+ Changed the way "input" parameter works, Its now "%input()%" and can be mixed with other parameters.
+ The "menu.txt" file is now stored in the current users "Application Data" folder, this allows for a unique menu file for each user.
+ Sub Collapsing (This is like code collapsing in Visual Studio).
+ Update Check menu added to tray.
