Scratchboard 11.0

Scratchboard 11.0 offers an effective tool which helps you to provide rapid access to your important information. This information can be arranged in a "tree" structure, not unlike a hard drive. The user can easily work their way through the tree to find what they need. Each branch of the tree contains a text "leaf" which can be copied to the clipboard with a simple double-click. This makes Scratchboard perfect for quickly filling out forms, or even for storing corporate knowledge. Privacy can be ensured using encryption and password protection. A number of other time-saving tools are provided as well, including a calendar, calculator, character map, search and replace tool, bookmarks, macros, skinnable interface, spell checker, and much more. • The download is a self-contained executable installer. Simply open the file to begin installation.
• The download is approximately 4 MB and installation will use approximately 7 MB of hard disk space.

Major Features:

1. Works with all versions of Windows® 95, 98, NT4, 2000, ME, XP, 2003, Vista, 2008, and 7.
2. The tree data is saved in a compact "project" file.  There is no limit on the number of projects.
3. For privacy, project files can be encrypted and password protected.
4. The "tree" has a complete set of editing tools:  cut, copy, paste, rename, alphabetize, and much more.
5. The text editor contains a full set of tools:  calendar, calculator, character map, clipboard manipulation, macros, printing, search/replace, and much more.
6. Branch text can easily be copied to the clipboard by double clicking on the tree.  You can even make Scratchboard switch back to the previous application after a double click - very useful for filling out forms.
7. Bookmarks allow you to quickly navigate to frequently used branches of the tree.
8. Supports text searches and search and replace operations on the entire tree, just one leaf, or just on branch names.
9. Supports spell checking of a single branch or of the entire tree.
10. Supports "drag & drop" of text and tree branches.
11. A powerful export tool can convert the project into a text file.  The format of the export file is highly configurable.
12. Supports printing of the tree and leaf, including print-preview.
13. The user interface is "skinnable".
