SNV Timer 3.0 includes Timer & Alarm & Clock & Planner & Calendar & Notepad. Its main features are: ability to execute a great number of tasks in the multiple instances of SNV Timer simultaneously, multi-customizable appearance (colors, fonts, background pictures, size, shape, shadow, speed of appearing/disappearing, etc.) of each instance, seven (!) different actions per task. Its unique additional ability - specifying an actuation time by simple rotation of clockface arrows with mouse.
SNV Timer is able to execute the following actions: showing an elegant customizable (background picture, color, font, border, etc.) message box with the ability to select random text strings from the collections of proverbs, quotations, etc. ; playing an audio file (including its random selection from any specified folder + the ability to make voice alerts with microphone); showing a picture/video file (including its random selection from any specified folder) in full-screen mode; opening an external application/file/web page (URL); a COM port command (to control external electronic devices); a modem command (to dial up a phone number); power control (turn off/restart/log off/screen saver). Note, these actions can be executed in any combination, or simultaneously.
In the alarm mode you can specify how often the chosen tasks run: daily, in the chosen days of the week, monthly, or yearly. In the timer mode you can set a number of executions and a time unit: days, hours, minutes, or seconds. The overdue tasks can be run at SNV Timer/Windows startup.
Also, SNV Timer includes the integrated customizable applications Calendar and Notepad.
Important: SNV Timer provides the ability to open its own multiple instances simultaneously. Each instance can have its own appearance and tasks. Finally, any instance of SNV Timer can be run at Windows startup (minimized to a tray icon, hidden, or normal). It allows you to use SNV Timer as an original and nice planner.
Note, you can assign all the above-named actions simultaneously or in any combination! For example, SNV Timer can simultaneously say "Go to bed!", show a nice picture, call a phone number and then shut down your PC.
SNV Timer is a greatly customizable application. You can specify the colors, background pictures, gradient appearing/disappearing and other properties of the most of the SNV Timer windows, message boxes and tool tips. You can even modify the Main window title, shadow color, tray icon, clock-face color, borders and much more.
