TextShield is an application developed to be a powerful text editor with a lot of features.
Main features:
- Multiple bullet styles
- Multiple underlining styles
- Indentation support for plain text
- Zip compression on all files (make text files up to 95% smaller)
- Quick export to HTML with the build-in exporter
- Can make usage of text converters provided with various Microsoft products
- "Insert Common HTML-Tags" toolbar, for easily inserting commonly used HTML tags
- You can apply rainbow colors on a selection to make text look attractive in a fast and simple way
- Insert true 3D Text or shadow text with effects like Cement Waves, Fragmented and Pool Ripples
- Incremental Search: find text without an annoying "Find" dialog (but the dialog is also available)
- Convert RTF (Rich Text Format) to plain text and backwards
