The Lunar Zodiac 1.0

Although the solar calendar is now the most common, the lunar calendar is still used all across Asia. While the Zodiac is based on when constellations are visible in the solar calendar, the Lunar Zodiac (Chinese Zodiac) is based on years. The cycle starts with the year of the mouse and ends with the year of the pig.

To find out your Lunar Zodiac animal sign, look below for the first Lunar New Years day before your birthday. e.g. If you were born on March 21st, 1972, then the first Lunar New Years day before your birthday is February 15th, 1972, and your sign is the mouse.
