UltraEdit-32 15.10.0.1017 is a flexible tool that is used to edit HTML, PHP, javascript, Perl, C/C++, and a multitude of other coding/programming languages.

UltraEdit is the ideal text, HTML and hex editor, and an advanced PHP, Perl, Java and JavaScript editor for programmers. UltraEdit is also an XML editor including a tree-style XML parser. UltraEdit can handle and edit files in excess of 4 gigabytes.
