Able Staff Scheduler is a time saver utility that lets you to create and maintain different schedules.
Use your mouse to select a shift to edit, delete, move, or change its length by dragging and dropping. You can change the length of a shift by dragging and dropping the start or end.
You can add an unlimited number of employees, job groups, job types, shifts and tasks. When first installed sample data is provided, so that the new user can easily experiment with the application.
Users can set up a schedule for each day of the week, calculate the coverage and then fill in staff schedules automatically.
Later, users can visually edit schedules and keep track of employees shift and task assignments.
Reporting options include costs, hours, various schedules, calendars, employee lists, HTML, multi-user capable and more. Schedule views are daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, rotation, or payroll.
