Horse Data Base 4.2

The purpose of HDB is to provide farms with a way for cataloguing a large number of horses (HDB has a capacity of approximately 2.1 billion typed characters in each of 21 data base locations). Farms can exchange snapshots of their data base locations with other farms so that their horses pedigree statistics can be viewed. Any farm can add its horses pedigree statistics to the snapshot of the data base location that has been e-mailed to it from any other farm. After this snapshot floats among farms and grows, the final snapshot can be used as a tool for a particular pedigree interest or a horse sale interest or just plain interest.
