InstantTimeZone 3.0.4.1 is a useful and beneficial freeware which shows current time and date in another time zone, next to your computer clock. On mouseover, the full time (with minutes) is displayed, and comment or date. By left click, you can open a small windows for display time (& date & comment) on top of all other windows.

If country different of half hour (India), click on +30 minutes. You can use many InstantTimeZone at same time, with different colour, to show times of many, multiple time zones.
