MultiCalendar Personal/Professional/Enterprise Edt 3.70

With MultiCalendar, you can manage several calendars side by side, which will help you avoid clashed appointments. By managing the schedules for staff and meeting rooms at the same time and within the same application, you can ensure that everybody is in the right place at the right time! In MultiCalendar, entities such as staff, vehicle, rooms and more can all be set as a resource with their own independent calendar/task list.

Major Features:

1. Resource Grouping
   • Group all resources' calendar into one calendar, or group each resource's calendar by date, or by resource to get the calendar you want.
   • When the grouping option is set to "group by date", each calendar will be organized by date then by resource.
   • When the grouping option is set to "group by resource", each calendar will be organized by resource first then by date.
   • To change/set the group option, please go to Resource->Resource Option->Group in MultiCalendar.
2. Customizable Event Categories
   • Add/edit/delete any event category according to your own business.
   • Specify a color for any category
   • To manage event categories, go to File-> Customize -> Categories
3. Customizable Event Types
   • Specify an icon for any type.
   • Icon can be selected from the built-in icon library (96 icons included), and you can also add your own icon in the icon library.
   • To manage event categories, go to File-> Customize -> Types.
4. Day View, Work Week View, Week View, Month View, Year View and Timeline View
5. Print All Kinds of Calendar Reports, or Export Reports as PDF Documents
   • Print calendar reports or export them to PDF document. Now you can publish your calendar in pdf format on the Internet or your Intranet.
6. Export, Import and Synchronize Events with Microsoft Outlook
   • Events can be imported/exported from or to Outlook. An outlook synchronization feature is also available. And you can synchronize MultiCalendar and your Palm or Pocket PC via Outlook!
7. HOT Backup/Restore
   • All data files can be backup-ed to a single file and you can backup/restore your data files when MultiCalendar is running
   • To backup/restore, please go to File->Backup Database or File->Restore Database.

Enhancements:

• Contact management module is now integrated with the main interface of MultiCalendar C/S Client. Click the "Contacts" tab at the right-bottom corner to show all contacts.
• Support drag and drop to create a new event for any contact when you drag&drop a contact from the contact list onto the scheduler.
• Some minor bugs fixed
