All shortcuts and bookmarks are organized in a proprietary easy to use interface and accessed from one space. Any file, folder, web page, network drive is within 3 clicks. Access is organized by graphical tabs and individualized with colors and icons. Optimal Desktops portal sharing capability lets users share hundredds of links in easy to use and branded Optimal Desktop portals. Optimal Desktops comes with a zip utility and works well with Internet Neighborhoods ftp application. Integration of email is planned. An Enterprise version with IT control will also be available shortly.
