A Windows 95 application that helps a private practice therapist manage notes, bills, HCFA billing forms, client lists,and scheduling. Private Practice Manager enables you to manage lists of clients and their demographics; to enter notes about sessions, scheduling, and diagnoses; to print out bills, HCFA forms, and schedules; and to track payments. Although designed for psychotherapists, it would be useful for anyone who sees clients on a regular basis and needs to manage session notes and billing information. The user interface is very simple, and there is an on-line helpfile with step-by-step directions.
