Schedule Your Employees to 10 Shifts Automatically 4.0

The Shift Schedules S2-10-25 Excel spreadsheet automatically assigns qualified people to up to 10 shifts per day, creates fixed-shift schedules from 1 week to 1 month in length and can rotate, or randomly assign, days off each week. The shift assignment logic includes a probabilistic component that can add a degree of randomness to the shift assignments. Spreadsheet creates Timer Import Files for use in the QuickBooks Pro accounting software for use in employee payroll activities. Charts show daily staffing levels in 15 minute increments throughout the day.

The spreadsheet produces individual and group schedules and comes in sizes for 3, 6 and 10 shifts for 10, 25, 50, 100 and 200 employees.
