SmartLog is a simple software application used for desktop weighment databasing. It can connect to most of the weighing indicators used in the world. This is used in applications like weighment of yarn, cotton, fruits, flowers, cables, laminates etc. Typical scenario where you can use smartlog is as follows. Operator uses a bobbin/bin or box of known weight to weigh yarn. The tare weight of different bins/boxes will be stored in the database. Smartlog will calculate the net-weight, store it in the database and print a weight ticket or sticker. Built in reports will display production at different levels.
We support customisation to any level at very low costs. We also provide interface options to higher end ERP applications for interfacing with weighing scale. It can also be used as a core module for various other applications in weighment like packaging, conveyer systems, filling systems etc.
We also offer RF ID based automation and control with Smartlog. Hardware control outputs based on weighment, to control external devices can also be provided by Smartlog.
