Telco Manager (TelcoMgr) is a telecommunication management database designed to help you accurately record your business telephone and data services. The program includes a database that can be used for multiple customers for vendor maintenance or for a single end-user tracking multiple departments or office locations.

TelcoMgr includes a comprehensive database for asset management and tracking of equipment, systems and sub-components.

Also, TelcoMgr provides tools for help-desk or work order/ticket tracking. Plus, a carrier rate comparison and expense tracking tool is included.

TelcoMgr is network-compatible and can be used by multiple users simultaneously.
