Add Bookmark Here 2 will add a menuitem "Add Bookmark Here..." to the Bookmarks menu.

Main features:
- Integrate AddBookmarkHere & OpenBook extensions.
- Expand all fields on bookmark dialog and remeber your last selected folder.
- Allow customize the position of "Add Bookmark Here" & "Open All Tabs" menuitem.
- Allow to add bookmarks from the top of Bookmark Menu.
- Allow to insert a bookmark by using right-click on a bookmark menuitem.
- Automatic load the bookmarks favicon.ico after you bookmark a page.
- Show the URL on statusbar when your mouse over the Bookmarks Toolbar item.
