Why cant I see the booking engine?
Auto-Booker works by tying in directly with Avis, Budget and Hertz in order to show you real time quotes and availability of vehicles. In saying that, you will need to be connected to the internet in order for the software to work.

How old do I need to be to book a car?
The minimum age required to qualify for the Auto-Booker car rental rates is 25.

Do I need a credit card to book a car?
Avis and Budget do not require a credit card to make a booking, but you will need a valid credit card when you pick up your vehicle. Hertz does require that you have a valid credit card at the time of booking. Please note: Your credit card is not charged during this process.

How do I know my information is secure?
Because Auto-Booker ties directly into the back-end of Avis, Budget & Hertz your information is 100% secure. No one outside of Avis, Budget & Hertz will ever have access to your private or credit information. If you have any concerns about your privacy you can contact us via email at info@auto-booker.com

Is my credit card charged when I make a booking?
No. Hertz does not charge your credit card when you make a booking. The only time your credit card will be charged is when you pick up your vehicle.

Do Avis, Budget or Hertz charge me if I do not turn up?
No. There are no penalty fees if you fail to collect your vehicle. However we do suggest that if you know you are not able to pick up your rental vehicle that you modify or cancel your booking.
