You dont have to mess with logging onto a website, creating a support session or giving your customer a session number to enter. Simply Email a support invitation, paste a link into an IM session, or let your customer click on a link from your website.

When your customer clicks on the link, you will see them show up in your Active Connections window and you will immediately have remote access to their machine. Its that simple!
