Clear Input Field Text 1.8 description
Clear Input Field Text 1.8 is improved to be an efficient, convenient and smart extension which simplifies clearing input fields or textarea fields on a web page with just a mouse click.
It avoids the selection of text in an input field or textarea field before deletion to make input field clearance task easier. It adds a button to the right of currently focus HTML input or textarea field on a web page. Clicking on that button clears the text in the input or textarea field.
Enhancements:
- Disable red cross button for an empty input field.
- Red cross button is shown within an input field.
- Preference dialog box added
- Added an option to enable/disable status bar icon
- Added an option to enable/disable clearInputFieldText through preference dialog
- Added context menu item on right click. Now "Right click -> Clear Text " clears the text in selected input field.
