Easy Mail Plus lets you design envelopes and labels with your logo, return address, and even a bar code. The built-in text editor supports only RTF, which nonetheless suffices for creating professional-looking messages with letterheads, images, and tables. You can also send letters by fax or e-mail. The program would be improved by the ability to implement a simple document-management system for inventorying sent letters, but Easy Mail Plus is suited for both personal and business use.

To mail your letter, just stick an envelope where the paper goes and let Easy Mail Plus handle the rest.
