Emoticon Maker 1.0

The Emoticon Maker is a free program that lets you make your own emoticons and smileys from pictures. You can use it to create custom and unique emoticons.

• Currently supports PNG, JPEG, BMP and GIF (both animated and static).

• Emoticons can be added to Messenger (MSN, WLM, etc)

the software is simple to use. After running the program, you simply open the photo, picture or graphic that you want to convert into an emoticon. You then use the simple editor interface to create the emoticon and save it.

The emoticon maker can also work with Animated images. You can create your own animated emoticons and smileys that will work with MSN Messenger and Windows Live Messenger. The created emoticons and icons can also be used everywhere else, e.g. on websites and in other programs.

We also offer a free web-based icon maker that can be used online to make emoticons through your browser, but it does not support making animated emoticons.
