eXcentrix PR4 is a free and ready-to-use software that brings new services into industry-leading text-based software. eXcentrix seamlessly integrates search engines, dictionaries and online stores into desktop applications by Microsoft, Adobe, Corel, and Netscape. Once installed, eXcentrix searches for all compatible installed applications, and adds to their menu bar its Services menu. By selecting a word in an active document, users can directly obtain Internet search results, definitions from online dictionaries, even buy a related book.
