Form Saver Firefox Add-on 0.9.0

Form Saver will save form field data as autofill-bookmarklets. Works with inputs, checkboxes, radio groups, textareas, and selects.
System requirements:
- Firefox: 3.0 � 3.0*

Enhancements:
- New option "Check for original url on form fill" which finally gives interface-based access to the preference to check for the url before filling in a form. This option is useful for some folks while annoying for others - while the option to disable it has been available, its only been accessible through the about:config interface.
- Corrected an issue that prevented the close button from working on Mac.
