Gladinet Cloud Desktop Starter Edition (64-bit) 1.1.139 is designed as a program supporting both 32-bit and 64-bit Windows, which provides two Editions in one package, the Starter Edition and Professional Edition.

If users like features in Professional Edition, they can purchase the Professional Edition key to upgrade. Professional Edition contains all functions in Starter and more. Backup Manager can backup local folders to cloud storage. Task Manager controls the running tasks and pending tasks. Setting Manager customizes GCD behavior. Users can schedule to run upload/download immediately, or at a specific time. Gladinet side panel provides an easy way to manager storages. User can compress files and chunk large files to small pieces for security and easy transfer. It removes port 80 limit in previous release.

1. Gladinet Drive™ with One-Click-Mount™
   • The Gladinet Drive is a mapped network drive on a user's PC which provides access to web storage from local folders (Virtual Directories). It can be opened directly from the Gladinet Systray menu.
     
2. Growing List of Integrated Cloud Storage:
   
   • Gladinet Cloud Desktop mounts cloud storage as local folders (Virtual Directories) which can be accessed directly from Windows Explorer. The currently supported providers include Adrive, Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3), Google Docs, Google Picasa and Local Disk.    
     
3. Deliver Cloud Application to Desktop:
   
   • Gladinet Cloud Desktop enables users to use cloud applications to work on local files directly. With Gladinet Cloud File Type Association, Gladinet Cloud Desktop can display the applicable cloud applications when a supported file is right clicked.
     
4. Safe Card Management:
   
   • Gladinet Cloud Desktop stores the login credentials for mounted cloud storage and applications as safe cards. It also supports logins for single sign-on.
5. Basic Local Cache:
   
   • Gladinet Cloud Desktop maintains a local cache for cloud storage. The local cache improves response time and enables online transactions to run in the background without blocking normal operations. 
6. Single Sign-on:
   
   • Gladinet Cloud Desktop provides single sign-on to applicable cloud applications, including Google Calendar, Google Mail, Google Picasa and Google Talk.

• Enhances cache support. It will not copy files to cache during upload anymore. When upload multiple files in one task
