HelpBeam Proxy 1.1 description
The HelpBeam service allows a companys technical support team to quickly solve their clients computer problems by remotely accessing the customers computer desktop. The support rep can then troubleshoot the computer as if he/she were there with the customer.
The service works through firewalls and proxies on both the support reps and customers side so that they can connect regardless of their location.
The HelpBeam Proxy application was designed to support reps and customers connect to for support sessions. It is installed on a computer on your premises. HelpBeam redirects support sessions to that computer.
System requirements:
- HelpBeam registered account
- RAM: 128 MB (256 or more recommended)
- Disk Space: 10 MB
- Internet Connection: High Speed, Always On (T1, DSL, Cable, etc.)
- .NET Framework: 2.0 or above (Install will download if missing)
Version restrictions:
- 3 days trial period
