IE Picture Downloader is an add-on for Microsoft internet explorer, and works with IE together. It is designed to help you save web pictures easily and quickly. When you see some favorite pictures on a web page, you can launch IE Picture Downloader by clicking the icon on IE toolbar, then the pictures you want will appear in IE Picture Downloaders main window. Then click the Save button, all pictures will be saved into the directory which you set before.
