IE Tab Extension 1.3.3

IE Tab, an extension from Taiwan, embeds Internet Explorer in a Mozilla/Firefox tab.

This extension is derived from the famous extension IE View, but much different.
While IE View always open IE-only pages in a seperate Internet Explorer window, IE Tab can view them in a Mozilla/Firefox tab.

Current Behavior:
1. Toolbar Button & Status-bar Icon:
Left-Click: Switch engine and view in "current page"
Middle-Click: Switch engine and view in "new tab"
Right-Click: Popup options-dialog (add current pages URL to "always view in ietab" list)
[Ctrl]+Left-Click: Same as Middle-Click

2. Context Menu:
Click on page: View this page in IE Tab
Click on link: Open this link in IE Tab
