Uses no proprietary data software. IndexXit Pro uses text based data which will not become obsolete. Text data will remain viable even if IndexXit Pro itself becomes unusable for any reason. The data, in fact, can be loaded into software in Linux or the Mac. It is reasonable for you to put the effort into building IndexXit Pro data files.
Each of your IndexXit Pro files is listed on start-up of the program, ready for immediate access.
Uses for IndexXit Pro are many. Any reference table is a candidate. The side column lists other possibilities. Any data set can include:
Column Formats: General, text, date, number, check box, yes/no, encrypted, web access. Also, any column with a picture address in it automatically becomes a picture column leading to presentations and slide shows.
Built in Search: All files are searchable using standard parameters. Search results provide a visible group of answers.
Pictures as data: Easy to use and update. Excellent for any purpose. Pictures show in cell, in slide show and as a full screen presentation.
3 operating modes: Edit mode, Locked Search mode and Child mode. Secures data while permitting searching and viewing of data.
