JBlitz Professional enables you to perform task oriented testing of web services, websites and web enabled applications.
JBlitz Pro can package up arbitrary test data (e.g. SOAP requests or standard web resource requests) for transmission.
JBlitz Pro utilises powerful dynamic substitutions to vary each request sent to the server. Supports ASP and JSP technologies to maintain server side state between sequences of requests.
Effectively simulates visits by hundreds of simultaneous users whilst providing a simple, quick and easy to use interface to enable you to test and debug your server code.
Features:
- Task oriented testing. Each part of your sites functionality can be tested apart or together with up to 500 threads to simulate many users visiting your site. Each test case comprises download requests for an arbitrary number of pages.
- State maintenance between successive requests via cookies (for ASP and JSP support etc) and state embedded in the response page.
- Support for GETs and POST requests on regular URLs. Supports SOAP requests by allowing you to embed arbitrary XML data.
- Powerful and flexible dynamic substitutions allows you to vary the test data sent with each request. As one example, XML test data can be read from a file to be included as part of a request. The actual file used for any given request can be picked from a suite of test files. Also, elements within the XML data can be varied dynamically.
- Allows easy manipulation of request parameters. Highlights name values and provides options for URL encoding.
- XML based test configuration files define your entire test environment. Set up multiple test configurations and switch between them for your different day to day testing needs.
- Graphing, real-time statistics and thread activity gives you detailed analysis of web page downloads and helps you monitor your websites performance as you make changes to it.
- Configurable HTTP request headers. You can modify the headers used by JBlitz for GET and POST requests.
- Logs requests and results for further validation.
- Detects HTTP error replies or error pages returned by your site to pinpoint potential problem areas.
