Allows remote users to send text to your PC, which then gets spoken.
The Jedi Speak application was designed to allow remote users to send text to your PC, which then gets spoken.
It uses MS Text to speech API. It comes in 2 parts - a server and a client. It uses port 8911 (hard coded, sorry).
