JSView 2.0.5
JSView 2.0.5 Ranking & Summary
JSView 2.0.5 description
All browsers include a "View Source" option, but none of them offer the ability to view the source code of external files. Most websites store their javascripts and style sheets in external files and then link to them within a web pages source code. Previously if you wanted to view the source code of an external javascript/css you would have to manually look through the source code to find the url and then type that into your browser.
Well now theres a much easier way. JSView extension is used to solve the problem. You can access it from the context menu, from a toolbar button, or from the view menu. If the website you are viewing contains any external js/css files, an option will appear that says "View External JS" or "View External CSS". If the website has more than one external js/css then a number will appear next to the option telling you how many were found. When you click on "View External JS" all of the external scripts will open in new windows.
Added an option to remove the menu items from the context menu. To access the option click on Tools > Extensions > JSView > Options.
System requirements:
- Firefox: 2.0 - 3.0*
Enhancements:
- Fixed bug that occurred when trying to open multiple scripts/stylesheets using the View All JS/SS feature.
- Updated all locales and added the tr-TR and pt-PT locales.
