Mini PAD Submitter 14.1 Build 9447 brings you an advanced and convenient to use tool which will submit your PAD to 209 PADsites where to let the public know about your program and where to get it. Compose your PAD *.xml file using a program like PADGen, then upload it you your website. You can run it as a signed Applet or as standalone application: There is also a batch version that works from a list of PAD urls and a list of sites.
