MySQL Sidu 1.1

MySQL Sidu was designed to be a free MySQL client working via web browser.
What does Sidu stand for ?
- Sidu stands for SQL select insert delete update.
- Sidu can do more jobs than above mentioned tasks.
- Sidu works via web browsers such as Firefox.
- Sidu looks like software GUI rather than web page.
Sidu Hotkey "Fn" and some examples:
- Fn = Alt + Shift (works fine in Firefox 2+)
- Alt + Shift + 1 : Open | close object browser
- Alt + Shift + 2 : Open | close SQL | Data window
- Alt + Shift + R : Run selected SQL. If no SQL selected, run all SQL
- Alt + Shift + A : Run all SQL
- Alt + Shift + L : Show result in Grid | Text line
Main features:
- DB tree view: tables can be grouped by first x chars of table name
- DB list can be filtered by last-updated if table is MyISAM type
- DB list or table data can be sorted by 1 field or 2 fields
- DB list, table data or SQL result can be displayed in grid or text mode
- DB list can be displayed in brief or full info mode
- Table data can be filtered and columns can be disabled from displaying
- Table data column grid resize by click on the end of each column heading (This might be improved in the future version by mouse drag)
- Table data align = right if numberic
- Table data can be selected from a list if enum|set
- Table data display by limit or click on first|back|next|last page arrows
- Add multiple new data rows, or edit data, and then save at one click
- Delete multiple rows at one click
- Data of tables are cached to speed up later use
- Grid size, data sort, data filters are remembered by sessions
- Run selected SQL, or run all SQLs
- SQL results display in tabs, navigate by back|next arrows, or simply close it
- SQL result can be editted in future version
- Enable|disable window pannels: DB tree, SQL window, or data result window
- View SQL history, then delete those un-wanted
- Connect to MySQL server remotely or locally
- IP blocking from un-authorised access - not mysql IPs
