NetMess is a file sharing system. Like Napster, NetMess provides you with:

• the ability to share your files with other netmess users
• the ability to download files shared by other users using as mush sources as possible

Unlike Napster, NetMess is not centralized, it does not rely upon a master server. In this respect, its closer to the gnutella network technology and cant be stopped or restricted.
