OneClick 2.0.1 is a free program that lets you create customized auto-reconnecting remote support customer modules. It allows you to see and operate the remote computer in real-time over an encrypted connection, type commands, control the mouse, transfer files, reboot into safe mode, run as a system service to allow logon/logoff.

The optional web configuration lets you easily change your settings making dynamic IP address use simple without having to recompile your support module or redistribute them if they were installed as part of a permanent or pre-installed system. It also has a remote start module that runs as a system service that will allow you to start the session even if the customers computer is unattended and not logged on.

Enhancements:

• When the OneClick session ends it now re-starts the UVNC service helper (tray icon running as service) on older UltraVNC versions.
• The winvnc service was always restarted but the tray icon wasn't.
• Replaced the advantig @ logo on the timer/toolbox icon with a more generic wrench icon.
• Now installs to the Program Files folder if running as a service to enable Ctrl-Alt-Del on Vista/Win7.
• Updated the UVNC server (winvnc.exe) to 1.0.6.5
• Fixed bug preventing unregistered version from building modules.
• The address and port for the Technician's Repeater Viewer is now saved from the last build and pre-populated in the dialogs.
