Personal Links 2.1

Personal Links 2.1 is designed as a professional program that can help you to store links of interest to you (files, URLs, media files, etc.) in a hierarchical fashion and allow you to access them with a simple double-click.

In addition, links can be moved around using drag-and-drop, added quickly, removed, even exported or imported into/from another copy of Personal Links. The skin can be changed and several skins are provided to support this as well as the ability to import skins available as XAML files. Links or branches of links can be printed for future reference. Built-in help is included.
