Proxy Manager can set and remove the Internet Explorer (IE) proxy conveniently. Proxy Manager can derive proxy servers form any file, including TXT, DAT and other files. Proxy Manager can save and append proxy servers, web resources and scan tasks conveniently. Proxy Manager can timely check proxy servers and set IE proxy automatically.
