With SMSWIN you can send Text Messages, Flash Messages, Ringer Tones, Picture Messages, Operator Logos and Group Icons, Business Cards to Supported Nokia Mobile Phones.
To use SMSWIN you need an account with www.deltica.com, you can purchase message credit from here, it can sometimes work out cheaper sending messages via SMSWIN than using you mobile phone?
The format for Picture messages, Operator Logos and Group Icons is at present STILL GIF.
Most good Graphic programs can covert you BMP files in to GIF (e.g Paint Shop Pro)
