1. Logs every action by users in Terminal Server sessions:

2. Record activity in multiple user accounts in terminal and local sessions on the server:
   • The software records remote terminal sessions on the Terminal Server. Multiple sessions that may be running simultaneously on the server are recorded into a single database.
   • The software can also record local user sessions on the server, such as an administrative session
   • Select what user accounts to record. Prevent it from recording a sysadmin’s or manager’s account if needed
3. View Activity Reports:
   • Managers/Administrators can view activity reports on the server:
   • • via remote terminal session from any computer; or
     • via shared folders from any computer; or
     • in a local administrative session on the server
     • Top Programs report shows most used applications
     • Top Websites report shows most visited websites and total time spent by users on each website

   • • Access to the program settings and reports is protected by password
     • Database with recordings is strongly encrypted with 128-bit AES. Strong password is recommended for better protection of the data
     • Non-Administrator users do not have permissions to see or access any files with recordings
     • Cannot be terminated in Task Manager by users
     • Recording service restarts automatically in case of a crash or any unexpected problems. This guaranties non-stop recording of users actions

Requirements:

• Intel® Pentium, Xeon, AMD or any CPU that can run Windows Server specified below
• Microsoft® Windows Server® 2008 32- and 64-bit editions
  or Windows Server® 2003 (or R2) 32-bit and 64-bit editions
• RAM: 512MB or more. SoftActivity TSM uses minimal RAM
• Hard Drive Space:
  • 10 Mb for installing the software
  • Recommended: 10Gb of free space for recordings (depends on number of users)
• Windows Terminal Services (Remote Desktop Services in Server 2008 R2) are required for users to connect remotely. TSM records local and terminal user sessions on the server.
• Citrix XenApp, MetaFrame and Presentation Server are supported but not required
