TurboIIS 2003 for Microsoft Internet Information Servers is designed specifically to lower band consumption, accelerate download times of static, dynamic and graphic web site content, and prevent redundant access to database resources.

TurboIIS 2003 was designed to work with the isolated work processes of IIS 6 and is capable of downsampling images, for a total increase in website speed by up to 10 times.
