Visual Importer Enterprise 7.7.1.10 gives you the ability to automate the process of loading data into any database the easy way. It enables the user to design Import, Export and SQL scripts, add them to the package and schedule it for execution on regular basis. It stores all information in the repository. Supported repository types include MS Access (default repository), Oracle, MS SQL Server, Interbase, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.

Typically Visual Importer Enterprise is used to download files from an FTP server, load them into the database, run stored procedure or SQL script and send email to the admin, once the package is completed. Unlike Oracle SQL loader, BCP, DTS or SSIS, Visual Importer Enterprise can also add new and update old records based on the primary key.

Visual Importer Enterprise can help you automate data processing without the need for more staff. It will enable you to process data sent via email and FTP without user intervention. Visual Importer Enterprise loads data from multiple delimited or fixed width text files, multiple Excel files and Excel spreadsheets, multiple MS Access databases and tables, multiple DBF files, multiple tables, MS SQL Server and any ODBC compliant database. The program can load data into Oracle 7-10g database, SQL server 7- 2005, any ODBC compliant database.
Every package execution is logged. In case of errors, Visual Importer writes a detailed message into the log and writes a record into the rejected records file. The Enterprise version includes execution agent which can be run as a Windows service.
