Web-based Directory management for your Microsoft Exchange Server. WebDIR allows users to edit their own directory properties and cut down on help desk calls. Administrators decide which fields users may update. WebDIR can be used to give your help desk access to the directory (at an elevated level), enabling them to manage distribution lists, custom recipients, mailboxes, etc without them having access to the Exchange Administrator. WebDIR can be used as a web-based phone book, allowing Exchange users and non-Exchange users access to the same directory.
