Object Grouping

Using groups will allow you to set the policies for using Internet and applications more flexibly, and will also help you when you create reports on using the Internet and applications.
Automatic Grouping
- Automatic grouping is provided for such objects as Web Site and Application. Basing on the auto grouping rules the objects can be automatically placed into one group or another when they are added to the Work Examiner database. In future the administrator can move a web site or an application to another group. Automatic grouping reduces the cost of total ownership of the system considerably.
Reports Export
- Each report created in the system can be exported to various formats. About ten different formats are available for export. Exporting reports allows the managers to view convenient reports about how Internet and applications are used on any computer.
